AceApplications Unveils Event Clover Software at

Hispanic Business and Consumer Expo

(Orlando, FL) On April 12th, 2014 AceApplications will be unveiling their newest addition to the software line, Event Clover. Event Clover is a multi-platform, event management program that allows event planners and organizers to plan, customize, and seamlessly manage their event experience. The software is being used by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando (HCCMO) at the 2014 Hispanic Business and Consumer Expo at the Orange County Convention Center.

Event Clover’s full capabilities allows event attendees to access event registration, booth location, key note speaker information, event schedule, and many other event details via intuitive, user friendly web, kiosk, and mobile applications on iOS (Apple) and Android devices. The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will be utilizing the expo management portion of the application. Attendees of the business and consumer expo will have access to a list of exhibitors, sponsors, and past event photos and videos. The expo management portion of the application also allows the expo attendees to navigate with a wayfinding interactive map feature as well as participate in online surveys. AceApplications will also demonstrate the kiosk interface of Event Clover on a 70″ LED Interactive Display System. The benefits of the kiosk interface on a large touch screen surface are immense. Users will be able to access a large interactive map of the expo and pull up wayfinding directions to each booth in the expo they want to visit. The kiosk interface will also push sponsor images and messages out to the attendees to increase value to sponsors. Users have the chance to participate in an interactive survey through the touch screen kiosk and the Event Clover mobile app which allows the HCCMO to gather useful information from the attendees. The screen will also broadcast messages through a ticker alert system, similar to an RSS feed.

The main display will be featured at the exhibit floor entrance inside the CenturyLink booth (#601). AceApplications will have an informational booth (# 1122) setup at the Expo as well, demonstrating their extended product line.

About the HCCMO

The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando (HCCMO) originated as a result of a merger between two separate and distinct chambers of commerce: The Latin Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, Inc., and the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida. These two organizations merged to strengthen the representation of all Hispanic businesses and became known as the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida. With over 17 years of continuous operations, the HCCMO serves as the principal representative entity of all Hispanics in the Central Florida community. Over the past 20 years, there have been over 150 business and community leaders that have contributed to the success of the organization by playing a lead role as Chamber’s Board of Directors. Moreover, during this period, the HCCMO has been fortunate to count as many as 500 volunteers that in one way or another have contributed to the well-being of the organization, the Hispanic community and our community at large.
