Event Clover Software is Huge Success at

Hispanic Business and Consumer Expo

(Orlando, FL) On April 12th, 2014 AceApplications unveiled their newest addition to the software line, Event Clover. Event Clover is a multi-platform, event management program that allows event planners and organizers to plan, customize, and seamlessly manage their event experience. The software was used by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando (HCCMO) at the 2014 Hispanic Business and Consumer Expo. This marked the largest event for the Event Clover platform to date.The Expo boasts more than 300 booths, over 12,000 attendees, and continues to be one of the largest Hispanic trade shows in the United States. The kiosk interface of the application had a prime location at the convention center, with a 70” screen positioned at the main entrance (inside the CenturyLink booth) in active use the entire expo. The kiosk was used by everyone from Tots to Seniors with no training, to easily look up sponsors, past event videos and pictures, conference surveying, downloading the Event Clover Mobile App via QR code, and most notably, to find expo vendors and booth locations via a dynamic interactive map. “I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. The Event Clover 70” screen was placed inside the CenturyLink (the technology sponsor) booth, at the main entrance of the Expo Floor. “I am glad this technology was in our booth. It enhanced our total booth presentation”, stated Mark Delgado, Retail Sales Consultant for CenturyLink.
